Positive: Location was excellent
Negative: Wasn't very clean, two huge cobwebs in our room. Shower wasn't good the position of shower even worse. Fire alarm on the 2nd day, went on for ages, no communication that it was a false alarm. Bed wasn't nice

Positive: Everything was clean and as expected. The size of the room was good, we didn't use the kitchen but there were things to cook and prepare food.
Negative: It was too warm and there was only a fan to ventilate the room, because we opened the window but some neighbours been doing fire during most of the time we've been there and then somebody was smoking weed, so we couldn't keep the window open for long.

Positive: The staff always keep smiling, they are so kind and always try to find the solutions. They’re so helpful. Hotel is 20 steps walking to Swiss border and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. There is a patisserie in front of the hotel which you can make your own dishes in your room. The room was so warm and clean. One of the best was the hotel and the area were so silent you can sleep with no sign. Thank you for making us smile.
