Positive: It was excellent experience. (★★★★★ 5/5) Meal - Excellent breakfast (Everything was so fresh) Location - Great location. You can see the Mountain + green view from your room. Facility - Outside, it is antique hotel with beautiful flower decoration - Inside, modern kitchen + bed + all outstanding room (much better than brand hotel e.g Hyatt) - Bed, blanket are warm and soft, Tub is inside of room (You can do bath + site seeing) - For shower room, spacious room + modern facility (Temperature was easy to adjust) - Overall, harmonized antique+modern facility with great interior features Service - Kind, thoughtful, and very supportive - Excellent service

Positive: The view from the hotel was beyond what we expected. The apartment we stayed in had it's own entrace and we were able to park right in front. We enjoyed the spa room and kids play area which were both an unexpected bonus. The kids loved the outdoor trampoline as well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We definitely plan to come again.
Negative: The apartment had lots of cobwebs and dead bugs on the floor. There was a vacuum in the apartment so we were able to take care of this ourselves. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice not to have to worry about it upon arrival. The rest of the space was clean. Bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very clean and lovely.
Summary: Amazing view with many family friendly bonuses. Staff were friendly and the location was perfect.
