Positive: Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to take care of what we wanted. I had requested a last minute surprise for my wife and Sylvia made sure everything was arranged in time. Loved the stay and the resort. The animation team were fantastic and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend to families visiting the area.

Positive: Beautiful hotel and facilities, had bed and breakfast 2 mornings which was really good, all inclusive for 8 nights ,first 4 days were exceptionally great. Last 4 days were not good selection of food very limited , on 2 days only veg were peas and food not hot. Comfy beds, and clean apt..
Negative: Not many options for eating out hence the reason for changing to all inclusive. Plenty of meats available but very thin and poor quality.

Positive: The hotel was amazing, with excellent staff, a great location right by the beach, and convenient free parking nearby if you arrive early.
Negative: The pool closed too early even when the sun was still out, there weren’t enough lifeguards on busy days, and for the price paid, I expected an indoor parking space to be included.
