Positive: The host was very friendly The kitchen is well equipped The bathroom is clean and has a useful washing machine. The apartment is closed to Liberec Center, restaurants, and many attractions for kids.
Negative: The smell in the apartment is terrible - a combination of wetness, mold, and spray against insects. The surroundings of the apartment are full of constructions, dust, and noise. The apartment is not very clean and is not taken care of very well in the common and living rooms. The host does not have internet access, and it was difficult to communicate with her.

Positive: You could call it a "themed apartment" as it is decorated with older photos and items. My Czech wife remarked a few times "My grandma Rosie had that!" and "I remember playing with that when I was a little kid." As for the facilities: the bed was so comfortable and the bedroom quiet and dark that I had my best sleep in months there. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a couple times there missing nothing. There's private parking and a small garden with a swing that kept the dog and kids occupied when we needed to organize things. Finally, the location is perfect. It's close to, but not in the middle, of everything. It's a really nice property and the hosts were clear and communicative.
Negative: For a family of four and a dog (kids in preschool / primary school) - it was perfect. However I can imagine not everyone wants to stay at grandma's house. There's some character to it that I can see certain people finding fault with. So if you're looking for something modern (I'd say sterile) then this is probably not the place for you.
