Negative: It is 5 floors by stairs

Positive: Very clean, modern flat.

Negative: The flat is on the 5th floor with no elevator. The area is run down. The balcony is a shared balcony (kind of).

Summary: We loved Split and the flat itself is nice and clean. The area is not nice but Uber coats only €5 to city centre.
