Positive: It was clean and very quiet
Negative: The WiFi was practically not usable, e.g. for streaming or having video calls for business (one or no bar). At the same time there is very low coverage of cellular network as an alternative (nothing that the apartment can do about it). The more important is a good WiFI connection. So, unfortunately I had to leave earlier than planned.
Summary: Quite, comfortable condo to relax with digital detox
