Negative: There is nothing, I was worried about some comments regarding the stairs. Some visitors wrote that it was unsafe!! It is completely comfortable and safe The owners of the place are extremely cooperative

The apartment perfectly combines modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere. It’s located in a peaceful area with breathtaking views of the snow-covered mountains, making every moment special. Although the hosts weren’t available in person, communication was smooth and professional, and all check-in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card was a fantastic bonus, giving us access to many attractions and activities free of charge! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay—whether for a family holiday or a peaceful escape into nature. Positive: Good location, kind hosts, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Supermarket nearby. You can ski on three different ski zone, depending on your level. There is a garage as well. Recommend!
Negative: There was only two restaurants on a walking distance. If you need more specific cuisine except traditional, I recommend you to go to Kaprun.

Positive: The apartment was very cosy, perfect for family with 2 kids. Complete kitchen. Warm. Superb view from the little garden. Short walk to the supermarket and bus stops. Dana was very welcoming & helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: Nothing really. Wifi is a lil patchy, that's about it!

Positive: we stayed to participate in the triathlon which takes place in Zell am See, it was a truly exceptional stay, Dana and Florian were very kind, very professional and very friendly; the location was exceptional, served splendidly by the small local railway, the journeys to the center were comfortable and fast, even with all the equipment I used for the race.
Negative: nothing at all!
Summary: beautiful trip to a beautiful place and great stay, If I could I would come back tomorrow morning.

Positive: The host family is very friendly and nice People. The appartment is new and the facilities are very good. The appartment has a large terrace well situated for sun. From the terrace you can see the beautifull Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The house is situated 2 min away from the little Pinzgauer Local Train, so easy to take the train to Zell am See, aprox. 8 minuts. Bus stop 1 min away, so easy to visit Kaprun also. All in one the house has our full recomodation, and the region/area are full of options for a great holiday. Parking spot for the car.
Negative: WiFi could be improved.
