Negative: The presence of insects and cockroaches every time I opened the balconies , The elevator broke down while we were there and was not repaired until we left, and this was annoying (We used the stairs to the third floor, carrying heavy things every day) In return, they promised us a refund of 50 francs for each day since the day the elevator broke down. In recent days, the smell of sewage was annoying from the master's bathroom The behavior of one of the workers of the rental company was bad, as our colleague was calling the phone and she was closing the line in his face without an apology you can’t find the coffee capsules on anywhere as they only have them, and every time you have to go to the office to buy them !!!
