Positive: Close to the spa.
Negative: Had to get up to a hotel to collect the keys, but they didn't know we were coming and we had to wait some time until it was sorted out. Never met the host but the hotel staff was very nice ofcourse. Entrance to the apartment located below streetlevel, no ramp for our baby wagon, we had to carry it down accross the stairs. Terrace faced the main street which was a construction site at the time of our stay.

Positive: The pool was nice and classy
Negative: Advertising with facilities for which you have additional cost, I find misleading. The additional price was significant. The Waterpark could use maintenance and the rides had painful joints. The television was broken. The checkin was a nightmare, because the owner and resort did not communicate properly.

Positive: Although our stay was short since we only slept over on our way back home, it was a nice stay. The location is perfect, just 100m from Orhidrelia Wellness. The staff at Rosa Aparthotel were super polite during our check-in and check-out. The apartment was well-furnished, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The two bottles of water that were waiting for us were a nice gesture.
Negative: The shower was not draining well, causing floods in the bathroom. Although it was stated that we needed to pay an additional 8 EUR for city tax and service, in the end, we had to pay 10 EUR. It's not a big deal and difference, but it would be good to have the exact amount stated on our booking bill.
