Negative: Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a strong and unpleasant smell of mould in the apartment, especially in the bedroom. It was impossible to stay there for health reasons — I suffer from allergies and am particularly sensitive to mould. I informed the host and the booking assistant straight away and decided to leave the property the same day, as I did not feel safe staying in such an environment. Unfortunately, neither the host nor the support team acknowledged the issue, and despite my reasonable explanation, I was refused any refund for the unused nights. I was essentially forced to leave after the first night due to health concerns, but still had to pay for the full stay. While the host claimed that previous guests didn’t complain and that no mould smell was detected later, this does not invalidate my personal experience. I did not make this decision lightly — I simply could not risk my health. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I do not recommend this property to anyone sensitive to mould or expecting fair treatment in case of problems.

Positive: Very nice apartment with sea view from the terrace where there is a large table to eat outside. The kitchen is small but perfectly equipped with pans, utensils, knives etc. The bay is peaceful enabling you to relax. Internet Wi-Fi is great but does not work when/if electricity runs out.

Negative: Like stated in the description the electricity is limited (solar power). Which means that some way through the night it may stop working - bring a flashlight.

Positive: Excellent location near to beach in a quiet bay. Great terrace with midday and afternoon shade and wonderful views of the sea. Large refrigerator with large freezer. Windows have mosquito nets so you can sleep with open windows.

Negative: Location is a bit remote (which is a good thing for me) - stock up in the shop not to drive around too much. Electricity is limited (as stated) - only solar power.
