Positive: I liked that the apartment looked exactly like in the photos..clean and comfortable. Perfectly located, with easy access both to the beach and to restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent .. very attentive to details and to our needs. Even Toni was super helpful and pleasant :)

Positive: The apartment is modern the location is very good and it was really clean when we arrived. We had some minor issues with a heater but the owner helped us immediately and fixed it.
Negative: Well maybe some more pots and pans of different sizes but this is not really an issue. We had everything we wanted.

Positive: The apartment was spotlessly clean, great location. We were met at the property, the owner showed us where to park for free, next to the apartment. Comfortable beds, clean new bathrooms (there are two), fully equipped kitchen. Pet friendly- we wre with a large labrador and it was no issue what so ever! Highly recommend, will be back next summer.

Positive: The apartment is new, very clean, close to the beach and to the touristic center of Balchik. Basically, we have got everything we wanted in the apartment (comfortable beds, clean bedsheets and towels, clean bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, air conditioned). The 2 bathrooms are a real advantage, so everybody can quickly prepare for a walk in the city center. Just across the street there is a restaurant with great food at nice prices for those too hungry to walk more. I also appreciated the vicinity of two paid parkings. A special thank you goes to the host - very communicative and attentive to our needs, always ready to help and answer to our question, proactive and flexible attitude. We felt really welcomed here and we would recommend the apartment to everyone interested to stay in Balchik.
