Summary: Great place! Just as described as listing. Almost equidistant to downtown metro & old Montreal. Very clean, loved that there was an electric kettle. We were able to either walk or take public transportation nearly everywhere.

Summary: We dropped the car in the lot and was able to get everywhere. Great location near China town. Apt is exactly as advertised and exactly all we needed.

Summary: The location is great, right next to Complexe Guy-Favreau. Initially I had received a wrong door-code (9785), which was very frustrating when I arrived late at night. Luckily I was able to phone Myriam and get the correct code. The apartment is compact but has the necessities. The apartment should have been cleaned more thoroughly, as there was dog fur in the place.

Summary: The apartment is small but had everything we needed. It is within walking distance of downtown and the historic region of the city. We had some problems with door code when we arrived but the property manager was easy to contact and came immediately in person to fix the issue.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms, one of which had 2 beds in it. The apartment is within a 10 minute walk to the Metro as well as to a grocery store. We also took advantage of the closeness to Old Montreal which was within a 15 minute walk from the apartment. There were some great restaurants within a 10 minute walk as well. Myriam was quick to respond to any messages that we sent with questions that we had during our stay. We had a great stay!
