Positive: The location is excellent. The apartment is very clean.
Negative: The apartment is near the West train station but we have to go to the East train station to drop off the keys then take 15-20 minutes to walked to the apartment. It is a little inconvenient since we try to catch the train early in the morning.
Summary: Everything looks good but the price is a little high.

Positive: Liked that it was very spacious and had everything we needed. It’s located in a fairly central place with a supermarket and restaurants and transportation nearby.
Negative: The fact that the key pickup place is in a completely different location from the property is super inconvenient.

Positive: Amazing apartment right in the heart of Interlaken. The apartment was clean and modern, with all needed appliances to make for a great stay. Highly recommend!
Negative: It would have been more convenient to pick up the keys in a lockbox at the apartment, but it was a smooth process at the office.

Negative: The bad: - key pick up and drop off is across town. They need to have a lock box service closer to the residence so visitors don’t have to go back and forth.

Positive: I liked the modern design of the apartment and the quite big space for the living area. The staff were so helpful and supportive. The apartment is fully equipped with whatever needed from kitchen to laundry.
Negative: The location of the apartment as enternace was from the back of the building. The apartment is not equipped with A/C, as it's located next to a restaurant we couldn't open the windows for fresh air as the cooking smell was so strong. The apartment has no view from the windows except the living area.
