Summary: Our company of 6 people spent an unforgettable time in this wonderful house. Maurizio very hospitable and cordial host. He repeatedly treated us to delicious Italian sweets, was worried about our comfort, helped us with booking a taxi for the return trip. The house is very beautiful, with two centuries of history.or me as a designer was very important to live in Italy in this Italian house. The decor in the house talking about the great taste of the owners. The house has everything you need. Wonderful that includes an internal courtyard where you can to dry clothes.A garden is simply magnificent.A garden is simply magnificent. The house is very well located. Supermarket 5 minutes walk, Pizzeria and a butcher shop-3minutes, beach -10 minutes, the old city on Mount Orlando and magnificent embankments 7-10 minutes, the fish market with fresh catch too pleasant 10 minute walk along the promenade.A garden is simply magnificent. Summary: Completely wonderful stay; i will miss it, as i will miss the owners (Mr. & Mrs. Leccese. very kind and nice people, they took care about us as if they were our relatives). The house has its character, clean and big, with everything that is needed, whic we loved most - is a huge shady garden with orange, lemon trees and flowers. The location is just perfect - 5 minutes to the sea. 5 - to the medieval sights. 5 - to the food market. Again would like to stress that the owners are incredible people, and they really made their best to make our vacations awesome. This place is just great for kids. Highly recommend to stay under the orange tree, with the pink moon among the fruits)))

Summary: "My wife and I really enjoyed the historic grandure of house with hugh 14 foot ceilings. We were given wine, home made jam , dessert, cakes and use of the owners computer at various times during our 4 week stay. The beach and the medieval walk through the forest from Gaeta to old Gaeta are truely beautiful. We would like to thank Dr Maurisio and his wife for all their kindnesses during our stay. Nick and Linda"

Summary: "It was a very nice stay in this apartment in Gaeta. Apartment is very comfortable and nice, located in 10-minutes walking distance from the sandy beach and main facilities. The apartment has the direct exit to the garden, very silent and cool. Most suitable for families with children (not babies since the bedrooms are relatively far from each other). The host was the most friendly and supportive I ever met. Very nice place to stay!"

Summary: "We had a pleasant stay in Gaeta. Our host family was very helpful and kind, apartment was fine with own garden in the middle of the city. In Gaeta and it’s neighborhood you will find a lot interesting places to visit, sandy beaches, nice small cities and antic sights. We made even day trips to Naples and Tivoli. I can highly recommend this place, in this property lives beautiful people. Thanks!"

Summary: "We spent 6 nights in this property in late October. A feature of our stay was the helpfulness of our host. The apartment is spacious, if a little darker than shown, and very well located, only a short walk down to the waterfront promenade, with a number of cafes and restaurants close at hand." There is a surfeit of equipment for self-catering. A choice of supermarkets is available nearby and Via Independenza offers an excellent choice of fresh produce stalls. The bed was most comfortable and the linen and towel supply was plentiful.

Summary: "This lovely apartment is the perfect base for a family holiday. The convenience of its location is ideal, with shops, restaurants and the beach only a very short walk away. The apartment itself is comfortable and beautifully situated with its own private courtyard garden, next to the owners house and garden. The owners are extremely welcoming and couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful. Gaeta is a fantastic town for a beach holiday. The beaches are wonderful with good amenities and the old town is a delight to explore."
