First floor apartment (45sqm) recently renovated in Putzu Idu (Oristano) 20 meters from the beach, composed of a living room / kitchen with a window overlooking the sea and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with a window overlooking the sea, a bathroom and a large balcony. terrace above.
Everything in the apartment, fixtures, kitchen, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, sofa and anything else are new.

Summary: The beach is only a few steps fro the flat and beach chairs are available for your use. We had supper and breakfast on the balcony with a stunning view all around us and sunsets to die for! There a little supermarkets within walking distance and a pizzeria around the corner. Try the convents fresh produce! Putzu Idu isn't big but convenient to explore the west coast. Our thanks to Christians mother who kindly did our washing when the machine broke down. She stretched my Italian a bit but we managed to understand each other. Thanks to both of them for a lovely holiday. We will be back!

Summary: This flat accommodated our needs perfectly! It was situated in close proximity to a market, trendy sports shop, three exceptional restaurants, numerous bars and of course the exceptionally beautiful Mediterranean Sea! We loved watching the sailboats and sea kites, the beach was a brief walk and the proprietor made sure we had all the conveniences of locals. The flat is small, but perfect for a couple or perhaps 3 persons comfortably. The kitchen had all the supplies necessary for cooking. The internet access and television services were great. The air conditioning kept us comfortable at night and the cross breeze with the windows open during the days was wonderful. If you are looking for a place to really relax and enjoy the scenic aspects of Sardinia coastal living, this modern flat is perfect for you!

Summary: The flat is beautiful with a stunning view on the ocean. It is directly at the beach so you can just go down the stairs for a swim. The roof terrace is perfect for some yoga in the morning. The host and his family were very nice and friendly. The only problem was the bed, which was very loud. It squeaked with every move, so we couldn't sleep very good. The rest was perfect!

Summary: This is a true beachfront property - first house on the water. The owner was very helpful. He went above and beyond when it came to helping us out. We had a specific need and Christian made sure we were taken care of. We had a great stay. We loved the view and the relatively quiet location. The beach on site is very nice and is close to numerous other beaches.

Summary: The apartment is very compact and well equipped, it matched our needs. Early spring was cool but pellet stove and air conditioners kept us warm. Christian and his mother were really very nice and solved all our problems concerning the apartment. Highly recommended. Perhaps there could be more place to hang cloths and place shoes if you have a longer stay.
