1 Bedroom Apartment in Asheville

We made it through Helene with no damage to our home or apartment, we are thankful. That being said, Asheville relies on tourism and we are ready for you to visit. While the Biltmore Village won't be ready for the public for quite some time, there are many other bordering towns in WNC that are open and ready for you to visit. Day trips to those towns are highly recommended. The Biltmore Estate is reopening on November 2, so our apartment is perfect for you if they are the reason for your visit to Asheville. There are many restaurants downtown that are open for business too, and we are about a 5 minute drive to downtown. The Tanger Outlets are opening 10/22/24 with limited hours.
This newer addition/apartment is connected to our primary residence but separated by 6 ft hallway/double doors for privacy/security and completely separate entrance. We are available if you need us, otherwise we keep to ourselves. The apartment is approximately 600 sq ft, very spacious with vaulted ceilings. We provide pretty much everything you would need for a long weekend or a month if you prefer. We do provide starter toilet paper, laundry detergent etc, but additional supplies needed are the responsibility of the guest. An added note...we do the cleaning ourselves so to be certain the space is as clean as we would want for ourselves. We take pride in our cleanliness.

Summary: This was the most well-provisioned place that I have ever stayed. The hosts seem to have thought of everything, from toiletries to kitchen utensils, to make our stay comfortable. Well-worth the price!

Summary: My husband and I were excited to explore a new city and all it had to offer. The location of this apartment house was within walking distance from the historic village shops and within walking distance to our favorite pub - Hillman Brewery. We visited the Biltmore Estate, which is a must see/do. In the mornings, we enjoyed coffee on the covered front porch. In the evenings , we ate out at many of the local establishments (Cantina, Village Pub, Hillman Brewery). This home has all you need for a party of two. Can’t say enough about the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. The decor was timeless and calming, linens and towels were of high quality, and water pressure was great. This location will be on our list of places to revisit in the future.
