Summary: Geweldig appartement. 100 meter van de verzamelplek voor de skilessen! Service van Belvilla zelf is overigens heel slecht. Wij moesten volgens de map met informatie schade doorgeven aan Belvilla maar nergens een mailadres te vinden. Ook niet op hun website.

Summary: Een heerlijk huis . Zeker voor invalde mensen. Nergens drempels overal handgrepen zoals in het toilet en douche .. kleine open keuken maar echt alles is aanwezig. Een minpuntje toen we de sleutel hadden opgehaald kregen we een tas met beddengoed. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is fenomenaal. Anneke en Bep.

Summary: Een mooi appartement waar wij al vele jaren komen. Het is ruim, comfortabel, schoon en degelijk afgewerkt en het ligt in het centrum van Kaprun. Aan het instellen van de vloerverwarming moet je even wennen maar dat staat duidelijk op de schakelaars aangegeven... Er is zelfs een parkeergarage onder het gebouw maar je kunt ook gemakkelijk voor en naast het appartement parkeren. Een fijn appartement in een klein complex.

Summary: Excellent. Getting the keys and linen was easy, on the route in to Kaprun. The apartment is easily located on the ground floor of the building within easy walking distance of the town and Lechnerberg beginner ski area. The property was great for us (4 adults and 2 kids) with a kitchen suitable for breakfasts and we ate out the other times (great restaurants throughout Kaprun.) The buses are fantastic and run regularly to the Glacier, Maiskogel and Zell and See. The heating in the apartment is sensitive and has great under floor heating, but takes a bit of fiddling to get the temperatures just right -) All in all, a great apartment in a beautiful town.

Summary: The apartment is nicely situated near the center of Kaprun. Everything you need in the apartment er.De ski is also nearby. Winter is Lechnerberg (beginner slopes) within walking distance. less than 5 minutes. Do you want the bus to a different track than the walking distance is also about 5 minutes.
