Positive: The apartment is centrally located in a safe neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, had fast wifi and featured a nice work station if you work from your laptop. It is a great value for your money and Ajay was a wonderful host that provided great insights on nearby restaurants.
Negative: I wish I could have stayed longer!

Positive: This accommodation was an absolutely perfect, tailor-made solution for my needs, and I am very happy I found it. My mother was admitted to Hinduja Hospital, Mahim, for knee replacement surgery, and I required a place to stay within walking distance. The room was excellently maintained and equipped with all basic amenities. The property is conveniently located next to Mahim Head Post Office, making it easy to access. Please note that on-site parking is not available. However, if you arrive early (around 7 AM), you may find a few parking spots on the nearby inner roads. Overall, highly recommended for anyone seeking comfortable and convenient accommodation near Hinduja Hospital.

Positive: Location is great. House is fully stocked. One of our friends caught a fever and I found a fully stocked medi kit. The kitchen is also full with all the things one could require. The room was small but very nice. Most of the windows can be opened so it is very airy.
Negative: The room is small and maybe it is our fault that we assumed we would be getting the bigger room based on the first photos of the property. The apartment has 3 rooms so ask which one you will be getting beforehand. The bathroom is even smaller, the shower head runs right over my head, I am 5'11'' so anybody taller would need to make adjustments. The bathroom ceiling is so low you can't fully raise your arms

Positive: Really good location for where we wanted it be. Local market and traders close along with plenty of places to eat. Good security so as two females we felt very safe. The apartment has a small kitchen which you share with anyone staying in the other 2 rooms. You have your own en suite wet room. Beds like most is India have very hard mattresses! We would stay here again. Clean and comfortable and the communication from host was second to none including info on restaurants and step by step instructions on location of accom and access instructions.
Summary: We had a very comfortable stay, would recommend

Positive: Can't fault the apartment.It was cleaned regularly,had everything you could need for a comfortable stay,the area is buzzing with street food, restaurants and taxis to take you north/south.There are supermarkets nearby,a shopping mall plus plenty small clothes shops.The food outlet next to the entrance makes amazing Bombay toasties and an outdoor barbers is 90 seconds away.
Negative: If U don't like noise,heat,crazy driving don't even bother going to Mumbai it's not for you. If U love great weather,great food,great people,noise and crazy driving U will love it.

Positive: Location is nearer to market and resturant, so getting food is not a issue.good for business man to stay in his business trip
Negative: Building is old and staircase steps are so much dust. Tall persons must be careful of their head as the building entrance height is low. No lift, lifting luggage is difficult for a family to 2nd floor. Kitchen gas stove is there but utensils are dirty and could not be used for cooking.
