Positive: Malissa was wonderful. Great communication and very efficient. The location was awesome, the apartment was cozy and comfortable. Having a pool onsite was really nice.
Negative: The parking situation is a bit annoying. It’s clear that people who go to the beach across the street or are going to one of the restaurants on the block park in the lot and take up all the spaces. Also the walls are thin and can be a bit noisy but for a quick weekend it was tolerable especially if you have headphones:

Positive: The location was perfect. The place was beautiful and right where we wanted to be.. right across from the beach, right by everything. The unit has much more than I expected. We brought towels, toilet paper, paper towels and we needed none of it. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Negative: There was a terrible smell emanating from the sewer in front of our room. Each time we walked outside we would feel sick.
