Summary: This was our 4th time we stayed at this property and it is just as awesome as the last 3. It as clean, easy to find, great communication with the owner and best of all is the location. Near the Vatican and with the subway entrance literally in right at the front door, you can reach all the sights in minutes.

Summary: Property was VERY clean and comfortable. Emy the housekeeper was amazing and very helpful. Fabio was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and helpful. Only issue was the lift. If someone did not close both sets of doors the lift could not be called and used. Walking up 5 flights of stairs to the third floor after a day at Colosseum and Palatine Hill was rough on the legs. I would stay here again based on our experience

Summary: Fabio was “fabulous”. A wonderful host with a lovely apartment. He took time to show us a few restaurants close by and a place to get groceries. The apartment was in a great location for getting around. It was the ideal setup for our family of 10 people. We highly recommend booking this place.

Summary: Great for a large group. We had 9 people. 5 rooms and 6 bathrooms made it comfortable for everyone. 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Lots of places to eat in the immediate area. Fabio was great checking us in and giving us a few pointers about the neighborhood

Summary: Lovely property in a fantastic location. Fabio was a great host, arranging taxis and restaurant bookings. 5 ladies in the party and we each had our own en-suite bedroom, communal kitchen and sitting room very well appointed. Would book again if visiting Rome.

Summary: Fabio was truly the best host ever! He helped us arrange transportation to, and from the airport, gave restaurant recommendations, stayed and chatted with some of our family when we arrived and even brought us treats one day in the form of a yummy Roman pie. It felt like we were staying with friends. The Place was also centrally located. I can’t imagine a better arrangement.
