Summary: A very nicely furnished and well-kept apartment with air conditioning for midsummer travelers like us and an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. Good transport connections, a supermarket and restaurant nearby and a beautiful spa/pool area with whirlpool behind the house. Possibly the only downside... the nearby highway and train line can be heard, but we quickly got used to both...

Summary: Beautiful accomodation with nice garden and great swimming pool. Kitchen fully equipped, spacious, modern bathroom. Comfotable beds. Evelyn and her parents were great and caring hosts: homemade pizza on arrival, recommendations for trips and going out... The only downside: nearby motorway and railway that can be heard in the garden.

Summary: I would highly recommend the place of Evelyn as it has literally everything you can think of. Amazing garden, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and lots of entertainment for kids. On top of everything the place was super clean and we were welcomed with a home made Italian pizza. It's a huge help that Evelyn speaks great English and it's always available for questions.

Summary: Lovely appartment, a warm welcome by Evelyn and family. Home made pizza and wine by Evelyn's mother the first day. Nice swimming pool, garden and outdoor relaxing spots around the villa. Sure we gonna visit again.

Summary: Our cosy and comfortable flat with its big pool and beautiful garden was an ideal place to relax. We really loved staying there! The best part of our stay, however, were our friendly Italian hosts, who couldn't have been more charming. Thanks so so much, Evelyn, Franca and Gianni, you are truly unique!

Summary: The apartment is beautiful and is very well equipped. The hosts were thoughtful, friendly and couldn't have been more accommodating. The pool was fantastic and there was lots of outdoor space for us as a family to play games and relax. We had a brilliant stay and would love to go back again some day.

Summary: We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at the four person apartment. Everything was in very good state, almost new and very well looked after. We could eat all meals on the patio and relax at the neat pool area. There is a table tennis table available as well as rackets and balls. Even a children play tower was available to give smaller and bigger kids lots of playing opportunities besides swimming in the great pool. A Conard supermarket is close by where we could buy everything we needed. The apartment is well suited for visits of Monaco and Nice. It is only a 50 to 70 km drive. But there are nice place all over the coast like Sanremo or interesting villages upcountry. The biking track from San Lorenzo to Sanremo was a really nice activity. The biggest advantage are the owners family. We felt welcomed from the beginning and enjoyed self-made pizza and wine. The warm and friendly hospitality of Evelyn and her parents made the whole stay even more enjoyable. We definitely recommend this apartment for a vaccation.

Summary: If I should describe our stay with one word, it would be "wonderful"! Our Apartment (the smaller one) was great, plenty enough storage for clothes, a big and almost new bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need to cook by yourself. The bed was very comfortable. Also the cot and the high chair for our baby was good, our baby slept well there. They also have outdoor toys for Kids, als well as a swing and a slide, but our daughter was a Little too young to use it. In front of the apartment is a nice terrace with a table to eat outside, and a nice Pavillon under a tree to relax. There are also 2 sunbeds and a huge suneshade at the pool, that belong to the appartment. The pool is also great (and huge), and the owner cleans it every morning! The whole property, the house, the garden etc. is in such a good shape, the owners really take care of it. And the owners are the biggest reason to recommend this Apartment! Evelyn and her parents are so lovely, their hospitality was great. They even prepared a Pizza and (self made) red wine for us when we arrived, and if you have any questions, they help you immediately. They also offered us fruits and vegetables from their own garden (Bio) during our stay - so delicious! If we will visit liguria again one day, we would always book this accommodation!

Summary: Aften having stayed there we can understand why the reviewers gave this lovely place five stars. After a long drive and a late arrival Everlyn and her family very quickly made us feel at home. The appartment is very nice and well equipped. The garden is beautiful and our boys loved the big pool. We would thouroughly recommend this place - Gianni, Franka and Everlyn are the best and nicest landlords we could image. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity we had the best holiday ever.

Summary: Been there for a week w/ my family. Super clean family-managed apartment, w/ very friendly host. The sea is not very close, but the nearby bike path bring you to there in 10/20min and let you visit the rest of Riviera w/o car (which is great 'cause parking is hell!!). There's an amazing garden and a well-sized patio, which let us enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the sun. Although it was too early for the pool, given the sea distance, the possibility is very enticing. Looking fwd to come back ASAP. GRAZIE!!
