Positive: The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and quiet. We felt safe and it was easy to relax and rest.
Negative: Parking was a little confusing but we ultimately figured it out. The stairs leading up to the unit and the interior stairs were inconvenient for transporting luggage, however there is a stair lift for anyone elderly or who has ambulatory issues.

Negative: We booked two double rooms, one of which we needed on the ground floor. But on arrival we were told the rooms had been double booked and were offered a beautiful apartment instead. This would have been fine but the reason we booked a ground floor room is our dog can’t do stairs. We made it work but it wasn’t what we booked.
