This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.
For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)
- In graduate studies
- In apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service

For sightseeing, the metro Richelieu-Drouot is 2mn by walk and within walking distance to the Opera Garnier, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden.

Info of 15/07: There will be renovation works of facade as from the 15th of October for a period of around 2 months. The work will begin as from 08:00 - 17:00. No works during weekends and public holidays.
