Positive: It was veryfine to stay in Paris 14th . This place is close to trains, buses stations, and taxis. The big concern is this location is full of noise. Need, antinoise installation on top of the window.

Positive: Great location in front of convenience stores, restaurants and the metro station. The instructions to check in and out are very clear and the host was very nice.

Negative: It was way smaller than we thought and how it seems in the pictures. In addition, the microwave did not heat. Moreover, the studio/ bedroom is right in front of the street being separated only by a glass (like a store) without a lobby or anything which makes it feel a little insecure and loud especially since there are people hanging right outside at night (there is a basketball court).

The host was extremely nice and responded quickly to any questions. They also kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier, which let us start enjoying Paris sooner :)

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and there was everthing we needed for the stay. The bathroom was perfect as well.

Negative: Thé toilet didn’t work properly but was easy to fix when we got some help from the owner and then it worked perfectly
