Positive: The location is great! Right on the beach and close to the active area of Carolina Beach. It was great to be on the first floor and the condo was just the right size.

Negative: The residents in the condo above are very loud and the walls/floors are too thin so there is a lot of noise late into the night. Wouldn't recommend this place to families because of the noise. I never heard back from the host after she initially answered. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was not open despite being listed in the description provided. Other similar locations specifically mention that their pool is seasonal but this location did not and a pool was a huge selling point for me.

Positive: Excellent location and fantastic views from the very comfortable outdoor area. The apartment was very clean and spacious inside. It had all the facilities you need for a comfortable weeks stay. The views from the patio area were amazing and we could have stayed longer. The photos on Booking.com are very accurate and a good representation of what to expect.
