The apartment 80 m2, two large bedrooms, for 5 persons, living room with kitchen, bathroom, balcony, lift, bed linen, towels, internet, Free Wi-Fi, view of the dome of St. Peter's from the windows, TV Satellite, heating, Daikin air conditioners, washing machine, hair dryer, baby cot (crib) and child's highchair. The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift (elevator). The apartment is ideal if you come to Rome by car, because it is located on a street where you can park for free. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, internet wi-fi, gas, water, electricity, heating, baby cot (crib) and the child's highchair are included in the price of the apartment. You let me know if you want the baby cot (crib) and the child's highchair, so when you arrive you will find these things in the apartment. First bedroom: large bedroom (20 m2) with one double bed (extra large) and one single bed. Second bedroom: large bedroom (18 m2) with one double bed (extra large). Summary: The location of this apartment is a five minute walk to Vatican City, restaurants and is super clean. Emidio, the property manager, went above and beyond helpfulness to our group of 4, very responsive before our stay and even arranged transportation for us to the airport at the end of our stay. Summary: We stayed for 5 days in aug ,I would not have booked it knowing there was no AC in the main living area only the bedrooms . Only having 1 towel per person was annoying also. The host Emidio was very quick to respond and brought us a fan upon request . Great proximity to the Vatican.

Summary: Our stay in this apartment was wonderful! First things first: We were picked up from the airport by a taxi sent by our host. The driver was kind and welcoming and the price for the taxi was beyond reasonable. Emedeo, our host, welcomed us into the apartment which was neat and clean and set up with almost everything that might be needed in a temporary home away from home. The apartment is strategically located: only a short walk from a well stocked supermarket, the train station, the pharmacy, and dozens of restaurants (one of our favorites, McQueens is right around the corner from the apartment! ). We shopped and cooked for some of our meals and treats and the train station made it super easy for us to get around to all the main sites in Rome and beyond. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift if you dread taking the stairs or if you are unable. There are a few little things that would increase the comfort level in this apartment: a full length mirror in the first bedroom would help with dressing ( the other bedroom has one) ; a flat spatula for flipping eggs or burgers and a cookie sheet for baking would help in the kitchen. All in all, this is indeed a beautiful, safe, clean gem of an apartment that is ideally located to provide access to all of Rome and beyond! Emedeo is a great host. A tip to save money: Be sure to let him set up your taxi from and to the airport!

Summary: Overall it is a great place! Unfortunately we went when there was a heat wave and the air conditioning did not cut it. We asked for a fan in the middle of the night and our hosts showed up at our door to deliver. In my opinion that’s quality service! They booked us a car for the airport and suggested Papa Rex an amazing restaurant in the area. Thank you for your hospitality!
