Positive: Good location, big and clean apartment, clean rooms and bathroom
Negative: Some difficulties with checking in, only one towel per person. We had two bedrooms but only one was prepared for using

Positive: Large apartment with a nice balcony for sitting out. Quiet location high up on the hillside with good views and good local walking. Responsive hosts.
Negative: Could have been better equipped (eg: dustpan but no brush, chipped crockery, no bath mat, no wine glasses, no bedside lamps (just very bright overhead light...) Just remember when you book this is a more basic apartment but good for a short stay.
Summary: Just remember this isn't a luxury apartment, but you will have a lovely stay and enjoy the location

Positive: Comfortable apartment with a beautiful view on mountains. 50m to the way where can you jump to your ski or snowboard and then 100m down to the ski slope. We were very satisfied with everything.

Positive: The apartment is big enough for 3 people.
Negative: It looks like the house is on the slope, but it is quite difficult to go on ski from the slope to the house. The kitchen is new but is not really ergonomic. There is not any cabinet for your food. The "schischuhe raum" does not have heating so it does not make sense to put your ski boots there. Maybe it is meant for skis?
