Negative: The neighbors were very noisy and kept my family awake at night.

Positive: Very spacious, clean apartment. It has almost everything we need. Beds and stuffs are very comfortable
Negative: There was a sewer smell when we entered, it came from the bathroom. Took us sometimes to resolve that. It would be nice to have a TV (since there is internet there).
