Positive: Very kind host, clear instructions and quick answers to questions and requests. Well equiped and very clean apartment with nice view. Two single beds in one room and one single with the sofa in living room. There is a lot of parking places in the front of the building and it is free on weekends.

Negative: Nothing to be mentioned. Choosing this apartment would be a good option.

Positive: A nice apartment just 20 minutes away with public transport to the city center. It was fully equipped, maybe a kettle was missing. The beds were firm and quite comfortable. The fourth member had to sleep on a sofa which was less comfortable but doable for a smaller person. Overall we were happy with the apartment. The renter could speak English somewhat , at some point we had to communicate via a device he brought with him, so all good. We received two sets of keys.

Negative: Some parts of the apartment are in need of reconstruction and proper cleaning. A small kitchen with uncomfortable sitting and poorly placed gas stove. Parking only possible for 3 hours at a time during weekdays and we were unable to pay with a card, so we had to download a mobile app Parkl.

Negative: There were no sheets on the mattress (otherwise there was a normal bedding)

Positive: The host was great, easy to communicate with, punctual, and gave us nice restaurant recommendations. nice and quiet neighborhood. great price, and value for money the apartment had everything we needed.

Negative: No AC (which I realized too late). Definitely wouldn't recommend it in July - we were in luck because we had a couple of cloudy and not-so-hot days, otherwise it would be barely tolerable. Also, the towels seemed very old and didn't smell nice and fresh (consider taking your towels/sheets).
