Positive: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although the staff were late to the reception desk for check-in, which I had to wait for quite some time for her to arrive, she attended me promptly with just 10 minutes. The room was great, very clean and quite spacious. I love the cleanliness of the hotel and there is a bus stop nearby the hotel. You can easily access the Salzburg town with buses.

Negative: Nothing. :)

Negative: interiors were a Little bit outdated, but it was ok according to the price

Positive: The Man at the front desk was very nice and he told us about everything we could see in the city, and the room was clean

Negative: The whole Haus C had a very bad smell and once we went into the room it was even stronger. I couldn’t tell if it was a mold smell or just really bad cleaning product but it definitely ruined my impression of the place.

Positive: Friedly reception with good explanations how to get around town. Public transport tickets provided by hotel. Easy access to town center by bus.

Negative: Sheets had a rip and a bunch of hair. Weather was hot but it wasn't possible to keep the window open due to the room being on ground floor and people smoked outside. Breakfast lacked variety. Too expensive for quality provided.
