Living room with two sofa beds 140x190, television, DVD, dining room for 6 people and terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, sun loungers. The apartment has four bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 single, a bathroom, kitchen and covered patio with barbecue, a second fridge and views of the shared garden. In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water that you can use when you return from the beach and 4 toilets. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve houses where tables, chairs, sun loungers, a wall of tennis and a ping-pong table can be used for free, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a sack of boxing. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. You can park 2 cars in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. The apartment is delivered clean and without sheets or towels that you can bring them or rent them: prices: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: a medium and a large: 4 euros. You can do the final cleaning or request it with an additional cost of 72 euros.

Summary: Our stay was wonderfull. We have been there for 2 weeks in August with 11 persons and had such a good time. Camilla and her stuff is so friendly. If there was a problem, for example the coffee machine did not work, we got a new one only a few minutes later. The showers and toilets outside in the garden are very clean. The view is very a nice and we enjoyed every minute. We will come back again.

Summary: We had a really lovely summer week in the apartment. The host Camila was incredibly hospitable and gave us many great tips about the area. The apartment looks like the pictures and is very close to the beach. Our family would like to go there again.

Summary: This apartment is large and spacious with a large patio area which does have shade. Everything you could need for a perfect stay and views to die for. Meet and greet by the owner was slick and Camila even helped us with our luggage. Little things like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and even toilet rolls were there for us on arrival. This was our second stay having been in the apartment on the other side of the building, (we preferred this side for the shade). Parking can be an issue but generally you can park on the streets nearby or in the towns car park which is the closest and only costs €3 a day, (streets are free). I would highly recommend anyone who wants to be close to the beach to book this apartment, the beach is blue flag and is quite shallow for most of the bay. Thank you for a lovely break Camila.

Summary: Stayed 4 days in May 2017 and we loved it. Lots of room for a family of 6. House is just like the pictures. Incredible views right from front windows overlooking the bay. House is only a few feet from the beach. Beach was great with clean sand and blue-green clear water. Great for swimming and shell collecting. Nice walks both directions for miles with scenic views and places to sit and enjoy the view. Palamos only a few minutes walk away. Several good bars and restaurants right on the beach. House is comfortable and breeze flows through nicely. Only improvements we'd recommend is a better shower curtain set up so water doesn't get all over the bathroom floor, and maybe an upgraded stove. Minor details that did not affect our overall positive experience. Camila and John were very welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back again.

Summary: We had 6 adults and 1 toddler (2 years old) and this place could not have been more perfect. The facilities are very child friendly, my daughter loved playing in the forest with all the kids toys and could not get enough of the beach and ocean. We went in mid May and the town was very quite. The beach is better than the local beach in Palamos, more sheltered and softer sand as well as very few crowds (in May). Camilla was great at answering questions and providing local hiking trails and restaurant recommendations. I could not have been happier with our choice to stay here.

Summary: "Advert n ° 170974, We was here at La Fosca 26 may to 2 june 2012 + Apartment sued totally agree with the ad. Spacious, clean and a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. It contained everything that made that we could choose to eat there instead of out if we wanted. We even had its own barbecue. Close to everything such as the beach, restaurants, Palamos, etc. We are not disturbed by any traffic, so it felt peaceful and quiet. The surrounding area is extraordinary. - We were 6 people with only a toilet and a shower. It was a little chaotic at times but we fixed it.
