Positive: The apartment was very conveniently located to both train and old town. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the garden a great bonus.
Negative: I feel that the lighting in the apartment could be better, it was a bit dark in the bedrooms and bathroom.

Positive: The apartment was excellent, in a good location with lots in the neighborhood. It was a 10 minute walk to get inside the walls of the city. The apartment was clean, with everything you need to make it feel like home. Communication with Gabriele was excellent, if I needed to ask a question he always replied very quickly.
Negative: Could not find the washing machine at first so had to message Gabriele (turned out it was in the garden) and took us a while to find the ironing board so maybe he can add where both these things are in the list of instructions of how to use the washing machine etc.
Summary: Excellent stay, highly recommended!

Positive: Easy to get in Great location, nice garden. Really close to the center, about 15 min walk. Free parking, was easy to find. Overall, would recommend this apartment.
Negative: Rooms are a bit noisy. The lights are a bit dim for my linking. Nosy neighbors.

Positive: Our stay here was perfect. We had exceptional support from Gabriele for an easy check in and departure. The location is in a nice neighbourhood with access to grocery stores and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. The short walk to the Lucca walls encouraged us to walk them all three days of our visit. We had a wonderful meal at Ciacco, one of the restaurants Gabriele recommended, also within easy walking distance in the town centre.

Summary: Our very interactive host & comfortable stay in a great location made our visit to Lucca perfect.
