Single-family apartment in Porto Colom.
With wifi, air conditioning hot and cold in the living room, ceiling fans, parquet, folding windows with double glazing throughout the house, electric water heater, fully equipped kitchen and paranbebé chair. Maximum capacity for 5 people.
Distribution:
Large dining room when entering, with a relaxation area in front of the TV, two sofas, armchairs, ceiling fan and a balcony on the same floor.
Dining room open to the living room, table and chairs for six people next to the kitchen.
There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All have cabinets with hangers, shoe rack and window.
The master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. A cot can be added if necessary. In the bathroom there is washbasin cabinet with mirror, large shower, bidet, toilet, hair dryer and window.
Another bedroom has two single beds, which can be placed together or separated as appropriate, and
a third bedroom has a
Individual bed.
There is another bathroom with shower, washbasin cabinet with mirror and toilet.
Shower towels and bed linen are left for all guests of the apartment including the cot.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, smoke extractor, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two independent sinks, kitchen cabinets and all kinds of utensils and utensils for cooking.
There is also an iron and ironing board.
Above the building, on another floor is the terrace. There is ample space to relax with great views of the bay, the marina, the lighthouse and the mountains that surround the area.
On the terrace there is a movable awning that covers the central area, the table and the chairs, a space reserved for eating. With comfortable sun loungers to relax and sunbathe, enjoying the beautiful views with total privacy.
IMPORTANT:
It is not allowed to celebrate Parties or Events in this property during your stay.

The apartment is in the area of the church of Porto Colom which is the old area known as "Sa Capella" for being a very picturesque and quiet area.
From the apartment you can walk to shops, bars and restaurants.
In Porto Colom there are 4 magnificent beaches, three are 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking; are the beaches of Arenal, Es Babo and El Algar (this is a virgin beach)
The other beach is that of Cala Marçal in the other part of the Port. It is a beautiful beach that I recommend visiting just 8 minutes by car.

Summary: The flat is spacious and immaculate, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The roof terrace is very large and offers a panoramic view (360 degrees) of the town, harbour and hills, from sunrise to sunset. There is a local food shop next to the flat, where you can buy everything , including fresh bread. The restaurant opposite the flat sells very good wood-fired pizza. The restaurants in the harbour are 10 mins walk away (nice walk). Catalina was a great host and recommended places to go and restaurants, including the beach Restaurant S'arenal that we loved! We would happily stay there again if we are back in the area.

Summary: Just come back from a lovely sunny week in Porto Colom. Catalina is a fantastic host, made us very welcome in her excellently equipped apartment. A very comfortable and clean accommodation that is situated a short walk to the harbour and lots of lovely restaurants. The rooftop terrace has a fantastic view and a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks. It was our first time to Portocolom and we loved it, it was fairly quiet, which is just what we wanted and the local beach is a short drive down the road, there are a few sunbeds and umbrellas, but we never managed to get one as they seemed to be reserved earlier than when we got there (10.30 am) however Catalina loaned us a beach 🏖 umbarella do that was fine. There is a very handy small shop a few doors away that sells fresh bread and pastries and a lovely pizza restaurant on the other corner. We also found a very local bar in a square opposite the church which was very handy too. So thank you Catalina for making our holiday so comfortable and enjoyable we hope to see you again in the future. Nina, Miriam and Ann 😎😎😎

Summary: Excellent welcome from owner Catalina, explained everything about the apartment and area. Portocolom lovely Spanish fishing port with many great restaurants and bars at good value. Good position to discover South and East of island and great walking and cycling. Sure will be back!

Summary: We spent 4 great days in Portocolom, really enjoyed the appartment, and the rooftop terrasse was fantastic. Everything was nice, clean and in perfect order and Catalina a very friendly host. The location of the appartment couldn't be better, easy access to sea at both S'Algar and S'Arenal and to the port -such a nice place!

Summary: Me and my boyfriend spent five nights here and had a lovely time. Our host, Catalina, was really friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. No complaints about the flat - it's large and comfortable with two beautiful bathrooms (great showers), a well equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The terrace at the top is huge with lovely views of the town and bay. Porto Colom is a quiet enough place but for a few days very relaxing. The beaches are charming (we preferred the smaller ones nearer the flat to the bigger, touristy Cala Marcal) and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to try. Would highly recommend a trip to nearby Deia, a stunning town nestled up in the hills. If you're going to Porto Colom, this flat is ideally located and has everything you need - and more!
