Positive: Convenient location for visiting friends at the university and only a short walk across the park to central Graz and sights. Bus stop was just around the corner for quick transfer, including to the train station. Well furnished and clean. Note it's up stairs on the second floor.

Positive: The host was extremely accommodating. I had an early flight in and a late flight out and they were more than happy to allow me to check in early and check out late.

Negative: I didn't realise that there was a tourist tax that was excluded from the price I paid. While not too expensive, the host had requested it be paid in cash. After explaining my situation, I was able to get them to allow me to transfer that money via bank transfer instead. The air-conditioning was not working, though there were fans placed in the rooms. The place was slightly dusty too, and could have used a good mop, especially under the bed, since the fans blew out some of the dust that had been collecting under the bed.

Summary: Good location, friendly host. Place could do with a quick mop though.

Positive: Easy communication with friendly owner, clean and nice apartment, very good value for that money on the centre of Graz, we got everything we need/was written in description

Negative: Bed was little bit small for 2 male people Sometimes you can hear people talking from the hallway
