Positive: The location of the property was great and it had everything we needed.

Negative: But the host was extremely rude. Even though we left the key according to the given instructions, we were accused of handing it to someone else. That was very inappropriate. Our entire group felt really demoralized. The way of communication was completely wrong.

Positive: A beautiful old Berlin apartment full of charm. In a superb location with public transport easily accessible. A fantastic location from which you can explore Berlin.

Negative: It would be great if there was a microwave in the kitchen. The service hotline doesn't always appear to be staffed.
