Positive: The comfort of the apartment. The bed and bathroom were very. The atmosphere is spectacular (feeling in the middle ages). although it is a little bit far from the centre, there is a bus very close to the apartment. Sheets and towels were clean and the Rituals products were superb!
Negative: The kitchen is tiny but very functional. The distance from the city centre, but the public transport solved the problem.

Positive: - the rooms were big, clean and cozy - simple check-in and check-out - friendly and helpful host
Negative: - We booked 3 rooms as we were together with our children and friends. We got all 3 keys from the lock box, but surprisingly one of the rooms was already occupied as the team had double booked it. I contacted the host and she was very friendly, apologized for the mistake and was willing to find a solution. A room for 2 persons was booked for us in a hotel in Trier. So the only inconvenience was the fact that we had to split the group and had to do some driving to and back to this hotel. - there are no parking places at the property but some free of charge public parking 300m away

Positive: The photos on the site did not do this apartment t justice. I was pleasantly surprised. There was a bathroom which was cleaned to hotel standards. There was a small kitchenette with mini fridge; a lounge area with a huge tv; dining area and a separate bedroom. Street parking available. A couple of food options nearby. Good Wi-Fi. Shame I was only staying 1 night, I would have liked to stay here longer.
Negative: The property is not in the city center, but I was aware of this before I booked. There was quite a lot of road works at the crossroads with the train line, making it difficulty to find a way to accommodation, but that was not the property’s fault.
Summary: Great option to explore Trier if you have a car

Positive: Big property! With smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen! Very clean bathroom newly furnished.
Negative: Room was a little cold though the heaters were up. Probably because the space is too large. No lift so travellers with heavy luggage take note.
