Positive: It was smaller than we thought, initially, we thought it would be a regular flat with a separate living room where we could "work remotely", but in real is a room with its own toilet so not really for remote working (unless you go alone). But despite that, the room is fair value, we were in August and it was super hot so you value a modern place with good AC and even a washing machine (we washed our clothes and dried them on the balcony). We didn't cook in the room (even though you could fry something on the two stoves' electric cooker) . We were having breakfast in the mall or somewhere else (you have a kettle for your tea etc..) . The owner was very communicative and gave us good tips. The room was very clean and the toilet had a very strong water source (hot and cold). The Internet was fast. The Bus stop is in front of the house and the Mall is opposite the house and there are good restaurants around.

Negative: It was smaller than we thought, initially, we thought it would have a separate living room where we could "work remotely", but despite that, it was good value and the room was super clean and the toilet was excellent. The "check out" was at 11:00 so it was a bit too early and too"hotel kind", maybe 1pm would be a better option as I usually find in similar places. I didn't contest it because on our last day, we took our luggage early in the morning and went to work in a remote working space nearby and then went to the airport at 7pm .

Summary: small but modern and spotless good value option.

Positive: The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything you might need, the location is perfect, a minute away from the bus station where you can go anywhere in split. The host Ante made everything easy for us, he showed us how to get to almost every place in the city, told us about the visit-worthy places even the good restaurants and how to get to every one of them, and he was also very nice.

Negative: Nothing really, everything was great. We will definitely be back.
