Positive: Location was good, check-in was easy.
Negative: Alex was overly persistent prior to check in and provided unnecessary amounts of information. The bath mat was very slippery and unsafe, and the shower curtain was ripped and poorly attached. The house wasn't very clean - there was a drink in the bedroom, goldfish on the floor, and the kitchen and bathroom were dirty.
