Positive: The apartment is in a residential area with good public transportation and within walking distance to the old town. It is very spacious and has everything we needed, in particular a washing machine, which was very useful.
Negative: Just one thing: the beddings had a rather strong "damp" smell that didn't go away even after four nights. I expect it's not always like this here, maybe we were unlucky...

Positive: This apartment is HUGE, such a great value for money. Having two toilets was a bonus while traveling as a group of four. The apartment is a short walk to the main tourist sites. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodated my request for a parking spot in the garage.
Negative: There was some difficulty in figuring out which door we were expected to use (the security guard was very helpful). The beds were comfortable but the pillows were extremely large and awkward.
