Positive: The condition of the apartment and generally the entire facility is very good - it looks as if it was renovated very recently. Fully equipped, new kitchen - dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, frying pan etc., even a dishwashing liquid. Nice bathroom. The toilet is separate - which has its advantages when you come with a few people. Large living room, with a large Samsung TV (~43 inches), 3xHDMI. Mosquito nets in the windows, which is a big plus from me, because there is a stream and there are some mosquitoes flying around :) Access to the apartment based on cassettes with a code - cassettes downstairs by the entrance door - the code is sent via text message - so full self-service. Reasonable distance to the trails in the high Tatras.
Negative: There were two Access Points in the building but the quality of the internet was different - depending on the weather. I also encountered some noisy neighbors upstairs - but you can't predict that. A fan in the bathroom that didn't work - it didn't bother me much but I'm writing comprehensively.
Summary: Generally, I recommend it, due to the price-quality ratio.

Positive: The explanation where the property and keys were, was very simple and good. The property was clean but smaller than we expected. The view from the kitchen window wasn't the best but it wasn't an issue. Loved the shed where the Games rooms was, everywhere you looked there was something else to see. Great sturdy pool table, lovely woodwork. Really good shower.
Negative: The accommodation would benefit from being better equipped in the kitchen. Some basic things were missing. But nothing too worrying

Positive: The apartment is about 15-30 min from the main attractions of the Tatras if you have a car. The apartment itself is clean and cozy with all necessary equipment and facilities. Living room is very spacious, bedroom has big cupboard, wardrobe and a comfortable bed. Bathroom is big enough, we really liked the big shower cabin. Parking place is very next to the building, the wifi is strong and stable. The hosts are extremely helpful! The communication with them was very fast and easy! Thank you!
Negative: We have got only a half toilet roll for 2 nights, we tried to but could not find more but it was not a big issue because we bought some. It was a temporary issue - I think - but the ventilators in the bathroom and toilet did not work during our stay.
