Positive: It's near the main station, which has a large shopping mall with a Carrefour supermarket. Just a 5–10 minute walk from there. The city center is about a 15–20 minute walk or 10–15 minutes by tram or bus. I prefer walking while taking in the sights. It's a clean and tidy apartment. You can control the heater, and it stays warm in the winter. Forgot to mention that the owner is very helpful and responds quickly.
Negative: There's some footstep noise from upstairs bothering me during daytime but it's manageable. The bed is slightly sunken, making it little uncomfortable.
Summary: In general, I loved my stay. If I visit the city again, I will definitely come back to this place

Positive: Modern apartment building. Nice to have separate rooms - bedroom and living room. Bathroom is big in comparison to the apartment size and has a washing machine (inc detergent). Thoughtful touches; bottled water was provided, a nespresso machine with plenty of coffee capsules. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dish towels etc. microwave oven super convenient. Nice balcony with seating. 2 bikes provided, which was excellent! Easy check in/check out. Location just outside city centre, 20 min walk or cheap Uber. Friendly and easily contactable host.
Negative: Bed was a little too firm and unfortunately not that comfortable for me (as a side sleeper), so I also used the sofa bed. Manual advised quiet time from 10pm, explaining about neighbours sensitivity to noise (absolutely fine). And while it was nice and quiet overall, you can hear the neighbour above walking back and forth all evening, even as late as 1am. A little annoying. I had earplugs for sleeping, as I’m a sensitive sleeper. But it would not stop me staying here again.
Summary: Great value accommodation with all modern facilities and good overall location.
