Positive: Breakfast we only went one time due to the times being served, too early especially if you are on holiday you dont want to wake up early but the one time we did, it was excellent. Overall it was a nice relaxing holiday and make sure you visit the spa, its amazing!
Negative: I've been visiting this place since 2007, so it's clear I have a soft spot for it. One suggestion for improvement would be to remove the carpet from the corridors—it tends to retain a musty smell, especially with guests walking through with wet feet, which isn't the most hygienic. During our recent stay in Suite 1108 with the private pool, we also noticed a damp smell in the room, which was a bit disappointing. A few updates could really elevate the overall experience.

Positive: Everything was perfect! The location is ideal—close to Aphrodite’s Rock and Kouklia, and just a short drive to Paphos. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful, especially George at the reception. We were warmly welcomed with champagne and traditional Cyprus sweets (Kypion Rizes), which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast outstanding—truly one of the largest and most varied I’ve ever seen.
Negative: Honestly, nothing in particular—we stayed in the middle of summer, so some nights were quite warm, but that’s just the season, not the hotel.
Summary: A perfect stay in a spotless hotel with amazing staff and an unbeatable location.

Positive: The hotel is lovely with a variety of pools, plenty of activities, and a good selection of food and drinks. The rooms were very clean and staff kind. While the hotel is great, our stay was affected by a few unfortunate events which I deem to be quite serious flaws.
Negative: We had booked our stay with our baby, the hotel kindly provided us with a cot and baby bath. My 10 month old fell ill with a cough and flu symptoms after the first night. It took us a few nights to identify that the mattress provided by the hotel for my baby’s cot was mouldy, so my baby had likely been inhaling mould spores whilst sleeping. Upon complaining the hotel swiftly replaced the cot, and apologised saying they’d never experienced this before. However there would have been ample opportunity for staff members to have noticed the mouldy mattress; upon setting it up, taking it from room to room, daily bed making etc. despite that the hotel staff were apologetic and kindly offered us numerous extras all of which we had already, so settled on kindly providing us with a nicer bottle of wine and proceeded to state that now the matter was settled they trust we would leave a 5* review. Which made it feel to me there was little genuine concern about the mouldy mattress and more so the resulting review of my stay. To make matters worse, the initial cot was replaced with another travel pop up style cot which subsequently collapsed on my baby when they stood up in the middle of the night. I told reception about the second cot collapsing in on my baby and they said not to worry because they wont charge me for it, which was the least of my concern. When we first arrived we were accommodated on a second floor with no lift access so we had to carry the pram up the stairs, the hotel kindly moved us to a ground floor room so we could safely take the pram into the room but only after one night in the upstairs room. Despite the hotels efforts, people would reserve sunbeds and then leave them empty which resulted in there often being very little space by the pool.
Summary: Lovely hotel but check the cot mattress.

Positive: Everything was excellent! Great facilities and the staff was very, very good and polite!
Negative: The only thing that I was expected to be better for the status of such a hotel, was the quality of the sheets on the bed. They were polyester, so the feeling when you lay down is not the best and when I and my husband turning side during the sleep, the other one waking up because of the uncomfortable sound.
