Positive: The property is stunning and well kept, very stylish too. A small paradise in the hills. The staff were all very friendly and kind, and the breakfast was amazing.
Negative: Our room had shutters which allowed mosquitos in, we needed to buy a mosquito net to sleep comfortably. Other than that it was perfect

Positive: Great view of the city and bay. The property is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The pool is refreshing. Great breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, cheese, meat and juice. 10 minutes to Fort-de-France and 15-20 mins to the airport.
Negative: No privacy in the rooms due to their proximity to each other. The couch and lounge furniture that was chosen for the rooms looks great, but is wildly uncomfortable with no support for your back and almost no cushion under you. If you want to have coffee or tea in your room there is a per cup charge which I found to be ridiculous given what you are paying. The cost for lunch or dinner is really high and based on previous negative reviews we decided to forgo it. If you want cushion for a deck chair instead of putting them out every morning and taking them in at night they make you ask for them at the desk, which then disrupts whatever the desk agent was doing to bring you a cushion. We originally booked the suite with the private pool that is away from the other rooms as we like our privacy and were notified when we arrived that we โ€œhad been upgraded to the largest suite they have with a view of the bayโ€. When I inquired about the one we booked we were told the pool was not working. The room we were given was the ambassador suite which is the first room at the top of the stairs that the other guests who are staying in rooms on the second floor must pass to get to theirs. There is also a common area right outside this suite where guests can relax at any time that was utilized by other guests during our stay, further cutting down on our privacy. The suite we were upgraded to also had a room off it with gorgeous windows, but we were locked out of it during our stay which was deeply disappointing.
Summary: Great view and staff, but no privacy, uncomfortable furniture and private pool was broken

Positive: I loved the property, tucked away up in the hills. I felt very safe. The grounds and the view were gorgeous. The staff were very sweet and accommodating.
Negative: The wifi was a little inconsistent, but I expected that. Other than that, no real complaints!
