Summary: The facilities were good, staff friendly and welcoming. Didnt use the Spa or pool but looked through the window and it appeared very nice. Cooked breakfast was good, fresh fruit was a bit limited but there was plenty of cereal, pastries and bread.

Summary: Waited 45 minutes for food then to be told they gave me an old menu and no longer had what I ordered Bedroom wall was paper thin,could hear everything next door

Summary: Tired. Window latches very loose, mattress a bit lumpy. Did not use gym. Swimming pool OK. Steam room on slightly cool side, but sauna perfect. Jacuzzi has run out of bubbles and missing a few tiles, and was barely warm enough to bath a baby.

Summary: A little tired. Light in Ambassador room constantly flickering, safe broken, bedroom furniture tatty. 45 minute wait for pool towels. Breakfast a little greasy & oatmilk out of date.

Summary: The Hotel may have once been 4 Stars - but I doubt that rating came this Century. The paint in the rooms is cracked and peeling. The place just looks tired.

Summary: The staff were very helpful and attentive. The suite was large but dated. Everything worked how it should and the spa facilities were brilliant. The breakfast was a bit basic and the same everyday but it filled us up. The location was easy to get to and the place looked exactly the same as the pictures.
