Summary: Everything was ready tidy and the rooms are perfectly clean. I had trouble sleeping because it was warm in my room and there was no fan. Also, people were smoking and talking on phones right outside my window. A small fan in the room would have covered the sound and kept the smoke out. The employees were great and very helpful.

Summary: This is a great property, just off the Autobahn, near the university and close to downtown. The pool is very good, spa-like. At check in there was no receptionist on Boxing Day and because I had no wifi, the email for an entry code to obtain a key was not received until after we had checked in. It was not a problem, just a 5 - 10 minute delay. Hotel was really good overall, good value. Pleasant staff.
