Summary: Great location except for the fact that it's not in downtown Grenoble. That's okay though as it's a short drive away or alternatively the nearest tram stop is literally across yhe road. Rooms are tidy and decently sized. We had a great stay here!

Summary: Good clean hotel with very competent and friendly staff. Well located for the tram and the walk from the hotel to the tram is perfectly fine, but we had some concerns about wandering too far in the area where the hotel is located. Good internet link (via cable). Secure underground car parking.

Summary: First off, I have to say that the hotel staff is phenomenal. They are very helpful, and especially one guy who I did not get his name. Definitely a comedian, and spoke English quite well. Secondly, the rooms are superb, small kitchenettes, decent bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Although the hotel does not have wifi, if you bring a computer they have free ethernet connections. The hotel is excellent, and it was a real treat to do some laundry! The location is terrible, it's nearby a ton of big box stores with nothing worthwhile in them. It's pretty far outside of town, but if you have a car, it's perfect. The underground secure parking was ideal. If you're traveling by backpack, don't stay here, if you've hired a car...I highly suggest it!

Summary: I loved this hotel and the whole concept of being able to cook in your room/apartment. For me, being able to cook is important because I have special food needs and it is difficult for me to eat out at restaurants. This chain of hotels are superior to others, because of having cooking facilities. The kitchenette area was pretty well equipped with electric hob, fridge (with freezer compartment),microwave oven & other utensils etc. My only problem/suggestion is that I think this chain would do better having either a combination oven and microwave, or just an oven, instead of a microwave. But with the hob, is possible to cook nutritious meals. There is also a safe in the room to keep valuables safe and secure underground parking is available, should you have a car. This is a real bonus in the city of Grenoble. There is also a laundrette in the hotel, should you need it and also wireless internet access. The staff in this hotel were all very friendly and welcoming, and spoke good english as well as french. The situation of the hotel is good - easy access to a whole range of shops (Grand Place is just opposite) and supermarket, and also the trams are just a few mins walk away too for you to explore Grenoble cheaply. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone.

Summary: Clean (just renovated, like new), flat screen TV, big bathroom, duplex with large bedroom uspstairs, good for long or short stay. We stayed for 3 nights the 4 of us with 2 kids. The kitchen is fine (no grill oven, microwave oven only), fridge is good size (not the small ones usualy found in hotels), dining table is too small for 4 people. One of the largest shopping mall in Grenoble is opposite the street, tram and buses available only 10mn to downtown, very nice ice ring 5mn walk. Parking can be tricky but we always found a spot not too far so no need to pay the 5 Euro daily parking charge.

Summary: The hotel is brand new, it was on the south of the city which we needed and had secure parking. The reception staff were friendly and the rooms clean and sizable enough for us.
