Summary: While the apartment was very comfortable, it was also close to downtown by foot or bus. And there were both a pharmacy and small grocer nearby. A kind hostess who was patient with my changing itinerary and my limited French. Everything I needed and wanted.

Summary: This place was perfect for three adults. The flat is very spacious and in a nice neighborhood. Valerie was extremely helpful and responsive - one of the best hosts I've ever had on VRBO. Kitchen and house was well stocked and well equiped. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My family of five spent two nights in this well equipped and spacious apartment. It was ideal for our needs. Very clean and plenty of space even in the bedrooms. The apartment is in a quiet residential area with a convenient small supermarket and boulangerie just around the corner. We walked into the centre of Pau several times to see the fantastic views and take advantage of the restaurants. Lovely atmosphere. What made it more special was the warm and helpful welcome from Valerie the owner, who took time to show us everything we might need, explain the area and make us feel at home. We were a little late arriving but kept in touch and Valerie was extremely patient. Little touches like being able to use the washing machine made a big difference to us, on our journey between camp sites. We were staying only briefly in Pau en route but would certainly love to return for longer and would not hesitate to come back to the same accommodation if possible. Merci Valerie!

Summary: Apartment was excellent- thanks Valerie. Space was excellent, clean, all mod cons. Pau was delightful. Great scenery, great architecture, great roads. We whiled our one evening away in the Galway pub - great atmosphere, sports tv, great location near to the venicular railway

Summary: Nice comfortable apartment. Good location close to amenities and close to town centre. The owner is helpful with regards to any help and advice regarding to the property as well as general enquiries. We really enjoyed our stay in Pau and will recommend the property as well as the area for any one looking for a beautiful country side and a lovely town with excellent bars and restaurants.

Summary: Clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, bed linen etc. Well located just 15mins on foot to centre of Pau. Good restaurant and Boulangerie close by (2 mins)

Summary: Valerie was a friendly and helpful hostess. This three bedroom apartment is situated in a pretty residential neighborhood. The apartment is very comfortable. It has a large eat-in kitchen, separate living and dining rooms, one full bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry room with washer, dryer and a sink with cabinets like you find in a bathroom. The apartment has a nice balcony space for outdoor seating. The on-street parking was secure and there was always a spot available to park our minivan. You can make a quick drive into Pau City Center or walk to a lovely French restaurant in the neighborhood. We came to Pau to settle or daughter for her study abroad and to visit Lourdes. If we would ever returned to Pau, we would certainly stay here again. Thank you Valerie!
