Summary: good points are that it is located close to a tram station, and the staff is efficient and welcoming. On the other hand - (twin) beds very narrow, rooms on street side are noisy (windows far from soundproof), general aspect is "cheap". I called the day before to make sure they would have a car park - at check in they told me the car park was full... not confident to park in the street in those suburbs surroundings...

Summary: The property condition is what you pay for, I have no issue with that, the thing that upsets me is the inconsiderate staff during check in, we arrived early and was too tired after walking around so we decided to rest at the lobby for hours, check in was 4pm at 3:55 pm I asked if we can check in and the receptionist said no because she’s not done on whatever she’s doing in the computer at 3:45 a french speaking family came and she checked them in first at exactly 4pm before she checked us in.

Summary: The room was larger than expected, the staff friendly, the room clean. We were promised air conditioning and instead were given fans, loud fans. In addition to that there was a train track right next to the building. When trains would pass it would get pretty loud. Except for those two things we’re satisfied with the stay, it was a good considering what was paid.

Summary: The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding.

Summary: Appart'City type hotels have already been my first choice as you have everything inside your room refrigerator, oven, and induction, cutlery, etc to cook and to keep your stuff. It's like a homestay. Also, the prices are low. Go for it. You may need to ask to turn on the main AC switch beforehand at reception before entering to the room.

Summary: transport to nice centre was good with the tram service,it was difficult to get directions ,the people i asked in the aera i was looking did not seem to know there own aera and were not helpfull.i asked a lady working in reception about a bus to grasse she told i could get the bus behind the appartment ,i went and the bus driver lady explained i would have to gow to nice town centre i was so disapointed i just gave up,i would never gow back to nice again. the french people make no effort to speak english,i think because we speak english they think we are english,but are are irish and suffered persecuation under the english conquest for 800 years.if we treated our tourist in ireland with contempt the tourism buisness would be gone,i have worked in ireland for many years in the tourism industry and we treated every one equal with a hundred thousand welcomes,

Summary: 25 minute walk to town centre but tram and buses also available and frequent. Lots of interesting places in the city. Pebbly beach but my family enjoyed swimming.
