Negative: The apartment did not have air con. The apartment was tired /extremely dated. The balcony overlooked a building site & heavy construction work was taking place with reverse alarms from 7am (videos available on request) when we tried to raise this we didn’t get a response so we ended up booking a room elsewhere to catch up on sleep. The reception are very seldom open
Summary: Gem of a location / love this area of France. Hotel has work to do

Positive: Excellent location. In a beautiful harbor with lots of good restaurants. Excellent food market on Tuesday. Beach at walkable distance, but without any facilities. Beach with facilities and beach bars is 40 min. drive.
Negative: Hotel just 'good enough', cleanish, dated. Hot, no air-conditioning. No shutters - bad for sleeping. Pretty much no service - you clean, you take trash outside, don't forget to clean cups before leaving... That's no hotel, that's Airbnb for hotel price.

Positive: Location superb, right on the port full of small boats. Excellent promenade full of bars, restaurants etc starts at the door and goes on for miles. The town proper is a mile or two away. Plenty of free parking on site; if full loads of free parking a stone’s throw away. Our one bed apartment was a very good size and had all the expected amenities.
Negative: Apartment light and airy but starting to show it’s age, could do with a deep clean and a lick of paint.
