Positive: Good size room, very good considering the price, bed was comfy and utility’s provided were good, good free wifi, good size smart tv, soap and shower gel provided. Breakfast room was clean and had nice ambiance. Staff were nice, quick check in/ check out, spoke good English. Métro was only a 5 minute walk from hotel so getting around Paris was super easy. Area around the hotel seemed nice, small supermarket at end of the street
Negative: Room cleanliness was satisfactory, bathroom sink was wobbling and needed fixing, there was no plug for the kitchen sink so washing up was difficult, no air con in the room, have to pay extra for basic hotel services such as room clean and fresh towels, breakfast was limited and probably too expensive for a simple continental breakfast with only 2 hot food items
Summary: We had a pleasant stay and would stay again, for the price I think you get what you pay for. Would recommend to everyone

Positive: The property was clean, conveniently located, and made it easy to get into the city.
Negative: Nothing major, just a few observations. My room was changed because the initial one allocated to me was too hot and didn’t have AC. Personally, I think hotel rooms should come with AC, it’s then up to the guest to decide whether or not to use it. I was eventually moved to another room on the first floor that had a mini fan, which helped a little. Another issue I had was charging my phone. There were no adaptors in the room, and my charger didn’t fit into the sockets provided. Since my power bank had already died, this became a real problem. When I asked at reception, I was told they don’t provide adaptors and that I would need to go out and buy one myself. I feel this policy could be improved. many hotels in Europe usually lend adaptors to guests with the understanding that they’ll be returned at checkout. That small gesture really makes a guest’s stay more convenient. Because it was my first day in Paris, and also my first time staying in that hotel and area, I really struggled trying to find where to buy an adaptor, especially with my phone dead. I couldn’t even use Google Maps, so I was just walking around looking for shops, which was stressful. Other than these issues, I didn’t have any major complaints.
Summary: Overall, I had no issues during my stay.

Positive: The hotel is modern
Negative: It was very hot, 30 deg plus and there was not any air conditioning in our room, so we had to sleep with the windows open. There is a play park directly outside of the hotel, which had toddlers and young kids playing, shouting etc until 2 or 3am, then the ravers came back after a good night out with their music playing until we left at 9am. Had it not been so hot, or if there was AC then we wouldn't have noticed probably.
Summary: Cheap and cheerful.

Positive: Good size room. Easy access to the bus, and ok access to metro. Large windows great for light. Staff fixed the door that was not locking within the same day as we pointed out the issue. Staff seemed nice and helpful. Good wi-fi which was nice.
Negative: No instructions book on how to use some of the things in the room like the microwave, cook top and dishwasher. Most places off this as a QR code which can be easily updated or translated as need. Pool was only for those 16+ years old. Doors of kitchen lower cabinets dragged on the floors when opening. The layout of the kitchen was strange, items were either really high up or very low. Which made it hard to get bowls/plates/glasses/cups down, or to load the dishwasher which was more or less on the floor. Mix of dishes and and cooking items were assorted like they were leftovers from other things and places. It was an extra fee for washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. Basic things like there being enough toilet paper or soap in the room seemed to be lacking if they were checking the rooms. We had booked 2 rooms, and one had issues with the door not locking but the staff did fix it within the same day.

Positive: I really liked the size of the room, I honestly expected less. Also, the staff was extremely kind and they all had exceptional sense of humor. When I broke my finger (not in the hotel, fortunately) they recommended me a hospital and that was genuinely kind of them!
Negative: The room was not the cleanest one and the bottle with the shower gel/shampoo was 1/12 full, but it's not a huge issue.
Summary: I already recommended this hotel to my friends, hope to stay there during my next trip to Paris
